I'm Ebony J and I empower women who have experience with adoption or limited contact with their biological family to reclaim their mental well-being, embrace a healthier & more fulfilling life. We help them foster resilience & self-love, while helping them to feel seen, honored & supported, resulting in reducing the risk of suicide.
Ebony J, born Ebony Reynolds and adopted at the age of 7, blossomed into a multifaceted individual known for her profound impact as a Self-Care Specialist, Suicide Prevention Advocate, and Community Leader. As a devoted mother and passionate motivational speaker, Ebony J has embraced various roles, including being a runway and plus-size model, social media influencer, and a #1 National & International Best Selling Co-Author for the collaborative book "Girl On Fire." Her journey as a published author has been enriched by features in esteemed publications like Bold Journey magazine.
Driven by her own experiences with suicide ideation, Ebony J recognized the broader societal issue and dedicated her life to suicide prevention. She founded an Annual Suicide Prevention Event five years ago, which continues to thrive, with plans to expand its reach. Ebony J's unconventional yet effective methods, ranging from laughter and affirmations to encouraging genuine self-expression, have helped countless individuals find beauty in their struggles and embrace real self-care tools.
